Classroom Teachers Qualifications of teachers include: Master’s Degree and Teacher Certification Required. Teaching experience and/or professional learning which are consistent with our progressive, project-based educational philosophy. Strong academic background in early childhood education, reading, social sciences, math and/or science. Knowledge of skills in a wide range of pedagogies. Teaching Assistants Qualifications of teaching assistants include: High School Diploma required. Associates Degree preferred. At least two years’ experience working with children.
